Trademark ID Manual (Trademark-IDM) Maintenance

The USPTO will perform routine OS patching maintenance on the Trademark-IDM system from midnight-5:30 a.m. ET on Wednesday, April 24. 

Office of Enrollment and Discipline Information System (OEDIS) Maintenance

The USPTO will perform routine maintenance on OEDIS on the following nights:

  • The first night of maintenance will be from midnight-5:30 a.m. ET on Tuesday, April 23.
  • The final night of maintenance will be from midnight- 5:30 a.m. ET on Wednesday, April 24 ET.

During the maintenance period, OEDIS will be unavailable.

Bulk Data Storage System (BDSS) Maintenance


The USPTO will perform routine maintenance on the BDSS from 1- 5 p.m. ET on Thursday, April 25.

During the maintenance period, BDSS will be unavailable.

Trademarks Database Servers Maintenance

The USPTO will perform routine server maintenance from midnight-6 a.m. ET on Sunday, April 28 ET.

During the maintenance period, below component services will not be available.

  • Electronic System for Trademark Trials and Appeals (ESTTA)
  • Electronic Trademark Assignment System (ETAS)
  • Trademark Electronic Application System (TEAS)
  • Trademark Electronic Application System International (TEASi)
  • Trademark Trial and Appeal Board Inquiry System (TTABVUE)
  • Trademark Status and Document Retrieval (TSDR)
  • Trademark Electronic Official Gazette (TM-eOG)

Trademark Status and Document Retrieval (TSDR) Maintenance


The USPTO will perform routine maintenance on the TSDR application on the following nights:

The first night of maintenance will be from midnight-5:30 a.m. ET on Friday, April 26.
The final night of maintenance will be from midnight- 5:30 a.m. ET on Sunday, April 28.

During the maintenance period, TSDR will be available, but might experience some slow response time.
