Fall into innovation with the Midwest Regional USPTO

Our team at the Midwest Regional USPTO is excited to host additional stakeholder services and unique engagement opportunities this fall. Our office is expanding services to include instruction on trademark searching, data analysis, intellectual property considerations for technology startups, and pursuing patent protection abroad through the Patent Cooperation Treaty and the Hague System for Industrial Designs.

News and updates

  • All visitors to the USPTO should be aware that as of October 1, 2019, no unauthorized removable storage devices may be connected to USPTO computers or equipment. For more information, please see the removable media policy webpage.
  • The USPTO has created a new position for a senior level artificial intelligence (AI) technical expert. The vacancy will be open until October 25. For more information about the USPTO AI position, please see the listing on USAJOBS.gov.
