Cisco Personal Communications Assistant Access Issues
The Cisco Personal Communications Assistant (Cisco PCA) is experiencing access issues impacting users with USERID’s beginning with O and going through Z. The OCIO is actively working to resolve the issue.
Users that have USERID’s starting with O and going through Z will need to go to the following URL to access Cisco PCA:
https://cuc3-sub-rem.uspto.gov/ciscopca (Users may need to copy and paste the URL in their address bar)
