PTAS, TEAS and EFS Web outages

EFS Web, Private PAIR, and Digital Certificate Management (DCM) Maintenance

USPTO will be performing maintenance on EFS Web, Private PAIR, and Digital Certificate Management; these applications will be unavailable from 12:01 a.m. until 8 a.m. Friday, November 18

PTAS Maintenance

USPTO will be performing maintenance on PTAS causing the application to be unavailable from 5 p.m. until 6 p.m. Friday, November 18. Users are advised to log off the PTAS application and keep their laptops connected to PTOnet during the outage.

TEAS maintenance

USPTO will be performing maintenance on Trademark Electronic Application System (TEAS) for domestic filings, this application will be unavailable from 8 a.m. until 4 p.m. on Saturday, November 19.

EFS Web Maintenance

USPTO will be performing maintenance on EFS Web and EFS Web Contingency, these applications will be unavailable from 12:01 a.m. until 4 a.m. Sunday, November 20

Hardware Maintenance

The USPTO Network Engineering Team will be troubleshooting several internet routing issues starting at 12:01 a.m. and ending at 5 a.m. Sunday, November 20. This maintenance may cause intermittent outages to inbound and outbound internet access for both PTONet and Public users.

If inbound or outbound internet access is not available, wait several minutes (or until the end of the maintenance) to re-try internet access again.
