We experienced technical difficulties with the Trademark Electronic Search System (TESS) earlier today. The issue is now resolved. However, if you conducted a search any time between 12:01 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. ET, Sept. 5, it is possible that your results did not reflect the most current information in our database.
