RAM and TEAS Outages

RAM Outage

USPTO will be performing software and database maintenance to upgrade RAM to version 4.5.9 starting at 12:01 a.m. and ending at 6 a.m. on Sunday, December 11. All USPTO AISs normally interacting with RAM will be unable to interact with RAM during the maintenance period. Specifically, the following applications will not be able to interact with RAM:

• EFS-Web
• PALM
• TEAS/i
• OEMS
• PAIR
• eDAN
• FAST
• OEDIS
• UPWS
• CDS
• EDW
• EPAS
• ETAS

TEAS Outage

USPTO will be performing system maintenance on TEAS starting at 12:01 a.m. and ending at 6:00 a.m. Sunday, December 11. TEAS will be unavailable during the maintenance period.
