Private PAIR and EFS-Web Maintenance
The USPTO will perform maintenance on the Private Patent Application Information Retrieval (Private PAIR) and EFS-Web systems beginning at 12:01 a.m., Wednesday, June 14, and ending at 5 a.m., Wednesday, June 14 ET.
Private PAIR EFS-Web will be unavailable during the maintenance period.
Please use EFS-Web Contingency to file new applications. For follow-on submissions, please use an alternative payment method.
