Planned Outages

Private and Public PAIR outage

USPTO will be performing server maintenance, Private and Public PAIR will unavailable starting at 12:01 a.m. and ending at 4:01 a.m. Saturday, October 29.

EFS-Web and EFS-Web Contingency Outage

EFS-Web and EFS-Web Contingency will be unavailable starting at 12:01 a.m. and ending at 4 a.m. Saturday, October 29.

Hardware Maintenance

Starting at 12:01 a.m. and ending at 4 a.m. Saturday, October 29, OCIO will be performing hardware maintenance on the following AISs, rendering them unavailable during the outage period:

  • EFS-Web
  • FAST1 and FAST2
  • MADRID
  • TDR
  • TEASi
  • TICRS
  • TSF
  • TTABVUE

Network Maintenance

Starting at 12:01 a.m. and ending at 4 a.m. Sunday, October 30, the USPTO Network Engineering Team will be performing network maintenance that will cause intermittent outages to inbound and outbound internet access for PTONet users, public customers, and USPTO contractor sites. Potential affected AISs may be affected by any system or user trying to access USPTO systems from the internet, or systems and users trying to access the internet from PTONet and DMZs, including contractor sites (CAZ).
