PTAB E2E Deployment
The USPTO will perform maintenance on the Patent Trial Appeal Board End-To-End (PTAB E2E) beginning at 12:01 a.m., Saturday, September 7 and ending at 3 a.m., Saturday, September 7 ET.
During the maintenance period, PTAB E2E will be unavailable.
TMNG Maintenance
The USPTO will perform maintenance on the Trademark Next Generation (TMNG) system beginning at 10 p.m., Saturday, September 7 and ending at 11:59 p.m., Saturday, September 7 ET.
The following systems will be impacted:
- Trademark Next Generation ID Manual (TMNG-IDM) will not be available.
- Trademark Electronic Application System (TEAS) initial application forms will not be available.
