EFSWeb and EFSWeb Contingency Outages
EFS-Web and EFS-Web Contingency
USPTO will be performing maintenance on the servers housing EFS-Web and EFS-Web Contingency. EFS-Web and EFS-Web Contingency will be unavailable during the following times:
- Saturday, January 7 from 1 a.m. to 4 a.m.
- Wednesday, January 11 from 12:01 a.m. to 3 a.m.
EFS-Web Contingency will be available for new patent application filings, except for National Stage applications filed under 35 USC 371.
TRINET & TDA Outage
USPTO will be performing maintenance on the servers communicating with TDA starting at 12:01 a.m. and ending 4 a.m. (EST) Tuesday, January 10. We apologize for any inconvenience.
