Attend the Technology Center 2600 Customer Partnership Meeting

On behalf of the TC2600 Directors and the CPM team, we would like to thank you for attending the 2024 TC2600 Customer Partnership Meeting (CPM).  We truly appreciate having the opportunity to hear your voices so that we may learn how to better serve our stakeholders and customers.

Interview practice is an essential piece of the examination process, and we were pleased to hear from you that interviews have had a positive impact on your interactions and experiences practicing before the USPTO.  You were clear in communicating to us that interviews have been a useful avenue for promoting compact prosecution, improving clarity, and encouraging cooperation.

Though we were encouraged to hear how well interview practice has been for driving stakeholder engagement, you were also clear in communicating a number of challenges with interview practice that you have faced including accessibility, technical challenges, preparation, and follow-up.

We appreciate your feedback and plan to continue to use it in our internal discussions to assess how to best refine and improve our TC’s interview processes.  Reducing the impact of these challenges is important to us so that we are able to deliver a better overall experience to our stakeholders.

Stay tuned for further details about our next CPM which is tentatively scheduled for February of 2025.

Thank you again, and we are looking forward to seeing you at the next event!
