| 1. An apparatus comprising:
one or more signal splitters capable of splitting at least one signal received from a base station transceiver into two or
more paths and directing at least one split signal toward a control channel monitoring module and at least one split signal
toward an antenna; and
one or more control channel monitoring circuits, comprising:
a first filter capable of filtering the split signal,
a signal mixer capable of combining the split signal with a conversion signal to produce a second signal,
a second filter capable of filtering the second signal, and
a receiver capable of receiving the second signal from the second filter and further capable of transmitting the signal to
a synchronization processing system, the synchronization processing system capable of synchronizing the apparatus with the
base station transceiver.
