1. A computer-based method of visualizing a wellbore, comprising:
(a) providing well data comprising a plurality of data sets each corresponding to a depth-varying parameter of a well comprising a borehole having a drillstring extending therein wherein at least one of the data sets corresponds to an interior of the borehole;
(b) creating a three-dimensional model of said borehole, drillstring, and interior based on said well data;
(c) selecting a location within the three-dimensional model corresponding to a position along said borehole; and
(d) displaying a two-dimensional visual rendering of a segment of the three-dimensional model, the segment including said selected location.
