rotor fans;
a closed type frame containing the stator, the rotor and the rotor fans;
a gas cooler for cooling gas that has been warmed as a result of being circulated in the frame by the rotor fans and exchanging
heat with the stator and the rotor;
a heat pump utilizing a first coolant as a high temperature heat source and a second coolant as a low temperature heat source;
and
a second coolant circulation system for supplying the second coolant to a heat exchange section of the gas cooler; wherein
