| 1. A toner manufacturing apparatus for manufacturing a toner by using a liquid dispersion in which a dispersoid containing
a material for manufacturing a toner is dispersed in a dispersion medium, and containing a dispersant improving the dispersibility
of the dispersoid, the apparatus including:
a device for applying ozone to at least one of a liquid dispersion and a liquid dispersion from which at least a portion of
the dispersion medium has been removed; and
a device for irradiating UV-rays to at least one of the liquid dispersion and the liquid dispersion from which at least a
portion of the dispersion medium has been removed.
