| 1. A method of treating cancer in a patient in need thereof comprising administering to the patient a therapeutically effective amount of a synergistic combination of at least one chemotherapeutic agent and at least one immunoconjugate, wherein the immunoconjugate comprises at least one cell binding agent and at least one maytansinoid compound, and wherein the chemotherapeutic agent is a taxane compound, an epothilone compound, a platinum compound, an epipodophyllotoxin compound, a camptothecin compound, or a combination of two or more thereof. |
