| 1. A method of removing carbon monoxide from a carbon monoxide bonded oxygen carrier comprising:
setting a solution of a carbon monoxide bonded oxygen carrier across a separation membrane from an oxygen-dissolved solution;
and exposing the separation membrane as a reaction plane to light.
