1. A structure for attaching an electrically-operated power steering apparatus for a vehicle, in which a steering shaft is rotatably attached to a body frame, and handlebars are attached to an upper portion of the steering shaft and an actuator unit is disposed on an intermediate portion of the steering shaft,
wherein the body frame has a support member which supports the actuator unit and has a bolt for fastening the actuator unit; and
the bolt extends perpendicularly to the steering shaft,
wherein the actuator unit includes a motor housing covering an electric motor, a worm gear housing covering a worm gear that transmits rotation of the electric motor to the steering shaft, and a joint housing connecting the motor housing with the worm gear housing, and
wherein a fastening hole is formed in the joint housing.
