1. An isolated antibody that binds to a polypeptide selected from:
(a) the polypeptide sequence of SEQ ID NO:145;
(b) a polypeptide encoded by the nucleotide sequence of SEQ ID NO:68; or
(c) a polypeptide encoded by the full-length coding region of the nucleotide sequence of SEQ ID NO:68.
