| 1. A method of incorporating a material in a settable binder, the method comprising the steps of:
(a) mixing the material with the binder, as a slurry or for subsequent formation into a slurry, the binder including a source
of caustic magnesium oxide;
(b) adding an organic acid additive to the material, the binder or a mixture thereof;
(c) after steps (a) and (b), adding a setting agent to the slurry that enhances setting of
the binder.
