1. A method for collecting opinions of push-to-talk-over-cellular (PoC) participants in a PoC network, in which a PoC server is in communication with at least two PoC clients, the method comprising the steps of:
transmitting, by a PoC client, a message including a request to use a voting function and content to be voted to the PoC server;
determining, by the PoC server, whether or not the voting function is occupied by another PoC client different from the PoC client in the PoC network;
transmitting, by the PoC server, the content to be voted to other PoC clients different from the PoC client in the PoC network when it is determined that the voting function is not occupied by the another PoC client; and
transmitting, by the other PoC clients, a response to the message including the content to be voted.
