| 1. A polyester base synthetic resin composition comprising a polylactic acid, a plasticizer and ethylene bis-12-hydroxy stearic
acid amide; and
wherein the content of the plasticizer is in the range of 3 to 50 parts with respect to 100 parts by weight of polylactic
acid and the content of the ethylene bis-12-hydroxy stearic acid amide is in the range of 1.0 to 3 parts by weight.
