| 1. A fish rotation device, the device comprising:
an entrance for receiving a fish,
an intermediate section adjacent the entrance for rotating the fish about a longitudinal axis of the fish; and
an exits adjacent the intermediate section has a cross-section shape that substantially conforms to the cross sectional shape
of the fish.
