1. A dead-end-to-dead-end overhead electrical power transmission line tension section comprising: first and second dead-end towers; and an overhead electrical power transmission conductor tension section having a first end attached to the first dead-end tower and a second end attached to the second dead-end tower, and being comprised of at least a first and a second sequential overhead electrical power transmission conductor tension subsection, wherein at least the first sequential overhead electrical power transmission conductor tension subsection has at least one of a composite core or an INVAR core, wherein the first and second overhead electrical power transmission conductor tension subsections each have a sag value, wherein the first overhead electrical power transmission conductor tension subsection has a first coefficient of thermal expansion and a first density, wherein the second overhead electrical power transmission conductor tension subsection has a second coefficient of thermal expansion and a second density, wherein at least one of the first and second coefficients of thermal expansion or the first and second densities, at temperatures in the range from 20° C. to 75° C., are different, wherein the first and second overhead electrical power transmission conductor tension subsections each have a cross-sectional area, and wherein the cross-sectional areas are the same, and wherein the first and second overhead electrical power transmission conductor tension subsections each independently have calculated tensions over a range from 20° C. to 75° C. that are the same.
