| 1. A method for mitigating redness or inflammation of mammalian skin comprising topically applying to a mammal in need of
treatment therefor a composition comprising:
(a) from about 1% to about 3% by weight of dimethylaminoethanol (DMAE) or a cosmetically-acceptable salt thereof;
(b) from about 0.2% to about 5% by weight of feverfew, and
(c) at least one acceptable carrier.
