| 1. A method of assembling a knee prosthesis for implantation into a patient, the method comprising:
providing a plurality of posterior femoral joint components;
providing plurality of distal posterior femoral joint components a distal posterior femoral joint components;
determining the ethnicity of the patient;
selecting one of the plurality of posterior femoral joint components based on the patient's ethnicity;
selecting at least one of the plurality of distal posterior femoral joint components; and
assembling the selected one of the plurality of posterior femoral joint components and the selected one of the plurality of
distal posterior femoral joint components to form the knee prosthesis.
