transmitting, in accordance with the communication interface, at a first pre-determined time for the plurality of communication devices in the first group of the at least one group, the communication to the first network infrastructure device to be transmitted from the first network infrastructure device to the first group of the at least one group wherein the first pre-determined time is the same for the plurality of communication devices in the first group of the at least one group and transmitting, in accordance with the communication interface, at a second pre-determined time for the plurality of communication devices in the second group of the at least one group, the communication to the second network infrastructure device to be transmitted from the second network infrastructure device to the second group of the at least one group wherein the second pre-determined time is the same for the plurality of communication devices in the second group of the least one group and the first pre-determined time is different from the second pre-determined time and wherein the first pre-determined time is coordinated with the second predetermined time; and
receiving, in accordance with the communication interface, at a third pre-determined time for the plurality of communication devices in the first group of the at least one group an update having presence information corresponding to the status of the plurality of communication devices in the first group of the at least one group.
