| 1. A method comprising:
detecting an orthostatic hypotension incident in a patient;
responsive to said detecting, increasing cardiac stroke volume at least in part by stimulating the patient's phrenic nerve;
and
responsive to said stimulating, measuring the patient's blood pressure and adjusting subsequent stimulating, based at least
in part, upon the measured blood pressure.
