1. A flexure of the type having a mounting region and a gimbal region, for attachment to a load beam in an integrated lead disk drive suspension assembly, including:
a spring metal layer having a first surface and a second surface opposing the first surface;
a first layer of dielectric material on at least portions of the first surface of the spring metal layer;
a second layer of dielectric material on at least portions of the second surface of the spring metal layer;
a first group of a plurality of conductive leads on at least a portion of the first dielectric layer on the mounting region and gimbal region of the flexure; and
a second group of one or more conductive leads on at least a portion of the second dielectric layer on the gimbal region of the flexure, and wherein the mounting region of the flexure is free of conductive leads on the second surface of the spring metal layer; and
a conductive interconnection between one or more conductive leads of the second group of conductive leads and conductive leads of the first group of conductive leads.
