| 1. A micro pump comprising:
a chamber having a chamber midline;
a first surface including a first portion extending at a first acute angle with respect to the chamber midline;
a second surface opposite the first surface, the second surface including a second portion extending at a second acute angle
with respect to the chamber midline;
a first diaphragm disposed within the chamber, at least one first aperture disposed within the first diaphragm; and
a second diaphragm disposed within the chamber, at least one second aperture disposed with the second diaphragm;
wherein the second angle is less than the first angle when the first angle and the second angle are measured at a common lateral
position along the chamber midline.
