| 1. A headrest assembly in combination with a vehicle seat assembly, the combination comprising:
a vehicle seat assembly having a seat bottom and a seat back assembly connected to the seat bottom, the seat back assembly
being configured to be folded down on top of the seat bottom, the seat back assembly including a motion inducing member; and
a headrest assembly connected to the seat back assembly, the headrest assembly having a head receiving portion that is configured
for movement between a first position and a second position with respect to the seat back assembly,
the seat back assembly obstructing downward adjustment of the headrest assembly below a predetermined height when the head
receiving portion is in the first position,
the headrest assembly being downwardly adjustable below the predetermined height when the head receiving portion is in the
second position, and
the motion inducing member being configured to at least partially move the head receiving portion towards the first position
as the seat back is folded down.
