| [ 21. A garment comprising:
a) an inner shell;
b) an outer shell connected to and disposed around the inner shell;
c) at least one pocket disposed on the inner shell or the outer shell, the at least one pocket including an opening allowing
items to be inserted into and removed from the pocket; and
d) at least one wire routing member disposed on the garment and having a first aperture and a second aperture spaced from the
first aperture, the routing member capable of receiving a wire extending from the at least one pocket through one of the first
aperture or a second aperture, enclosing the wire within the wire routing member between the first aperture and the second
aperture, and allowing the wire to exit the wire routing member through the other of the first aperture or the second aperture,
wherein the at least one wire routing member is formed at least partially of an open center of the garment defined between
the inner shell and the outer shell. ]
