| 1. A plasma display apparatus comprising:
a plasma display panel having a plurality of electrodes; and
a sustain driver applying a bias voltage to sustain electrodes in an address period, the bias voltage obtained from a voltage
recovered from the plasma display panel in a sustain period that precedes the address period, wherein the sustain driver does
not include an independent voltage source applying the bias voltage to the sustain electrodes.
