IFW and PAIR Outage
System Maintenance
USPTO will perform maintenance on the servers housing the database for images starting at 12:01 a.m. and ending at 5:30 a.m. Wednesday, March 28.
The following applications will not be able to retrieve application document images from Image File Wrapper during the maintenance.
- Public and Private Patent Application Information Retrieval (PAIR)
- Patent Application Services and Security (PASS)
- Order Entry Management System (OEMS)
- Trilateral Document Access (TDA)
