EFS Web and IFW Maintenance
System Maintenance
EFS Web and EFS Web Contingency will be unavailable from 12:01 a.m. until 3 a.m. Saturday, April 14 and also from 12:01 a.m. until 2 a.m. Sunday, April 15.
IFW Hardware Maintenance
USPTO will install new servers for the Image File Wrapper (IFW) production database starting at 12:01 a.m. Saturday, April 14 and ending at 5:30 a.m. Sunday, April 15
The following patent systems will be partially available during the outage:
- Public and Private PAIR- All data will be available except for IFW data
- EAI-Hub – Entries will be allowed, but will paused for IFW submissions
- File Inspection Utility - All data will be available except for IFW data
- Order Entry Management System (OEMS) - All data will be available except for IFW data
System Maintenance
OCIO will be performing maintenance on the server housing Trademark Document Retrieval (TDR) starting at 12:01 a.m. and ending at 5 a.m. Wednesday, April 18.
TDR will be unavailable during the maintenance.
