IFW Maintenance and TSDR Upgrade
Trademark Status and Document Retrieval (TSDR) Upgrade
USPTO will upgrade TSDR to 1.1 starting at 10 p.m. Saturday, April 7 and ending at 5 a.m. Sunday, April 8. This is a maintenance release for TSDR 1.0 Beta hosted on the Google Cloud.
IFW Hardware Maintenance
USPTO will install new servers for the Image File Wrapper (IFW) production database starting at 12:01 a.m. Saturday, April 14 and ending at 5:30 a.m. Sunday, April 15
The following patent systems will be partially available during the outage:
- Public and Private PAIR- All data will be available except for IFW data
- EFS Web – Application submissions will be allowed, but paused for later entry into IFW
- EAI-Hub – Entries will be allowed, but will paused for IFW submissions
- File Inspection Utility - All data will be available except for IFW data
- Order Entry Management System (OEMS) - All data will be available except for IFW data
